Specific monitoring agents monitor the customer application around the clock and notify you as the customer immediately in the event of an alarm. Depending on the selected operation level (during office hours or around the clock), we respond to alarms and start troubleshooting within the guaranteed response time, according to the activities agreed in the system book.

The application developer does not always offer 24/7 operation of the application. That's where aspectra's Application Operation Service kicks in. Together with the developer, aspectra implements a monitoring of the application and intervenes 7x24h in case of alarms according to the specifications in the project documentation. Even though this is a best-effort service, most problems are resolved rapidly.

All current data and evaluations of the agents deployed are available at any time in our myaspectra customer cockpit.
