CASE STORY: BATICONTROL

BATICONTROL supports enforcement bodies in the construction and other industries in planning and carrying out labour market inspections. This enables inspectors, for example, to carry out workplace inspections for undeclared work, or for joint commissions to check compliance with collective agreements.

Importing and prioritising reports from the central migration information system, recording the facts on site, collecting documents, preparing and adopting decisions, sanctions and appeals: the BATICONTROL business application supports the entire process of enforcing the Posted Workers Act ("Entsendegesetz") - from planning inspection missions and checking compliance with labour law provisions to evaluating and sanctioning any violations. The application facilitates the daily work of the inspection authorities. It also helps to verify the applicable wage and working conditions. Around 150 users and 80 clients are already benefiting from this solution (as of Q2 / 2021).

A proven partnership to facilitate the exchange of information

BATICONTROL Data AG is a not-for-profit public limited company with a social partnership approach. They commissioned Noser Engineering to carry out the project with the aim to create a common tool for the various bodies to facilitate cooperation and the exchange of information. The software company chose aspectra as a certified operating partner with high data protection and security standards. This guarantees that the data remains entirely in Swiss hands and is therefore subject exclusively to Swiss law.
